Perspective on Healthcare Reform
Medco Chairman and CEO David B. Snow Jr. unveiled a dramatic and pragmatic blueprint for righting America's faltering health care system to attendees at the National Press Club on Tuesday, September 9, 2008.  This plan for a healthier America defines and aligns the essential roles of the public and private sectors -- addressing technological, clinical and legal/regulatory reforms necessary to ensure a sustainable system that extends affordable access, while improving quality care.
